# Classify Video

> Submit a video for async classification

Submit a public video URL for classification. Returns a `job_id` immediately — register a [webhook](/guides/webhooks) to have the result pushed to you, or fetch it with [Get Job Status](/api-reference/get-job-status) using `?wait=N`. See [Getting your results](/guides/delivery-modes).

  Processing quality tier:

  * `basic` — Heuristic analysis, fastest (2 credits for classify)
  * `enhanced` — Heuristic + AI fallback (4 credits for classify)
  * `premium` — Full AI analysis via GPT-4 Vision (6 credits for classify)

  Optional URL to receive a POST when processing completes. Must be HTTPS.

  Optional. The video's duration, if you already know it. Lets the request be
  rejected before credits are charged when the video is over the limit.

  FastDrop measures the duration itself once the file is downloaded, so leaving
  this out never gets a longer video processed — it just means an over-length
  video is charged and then refunded rather than declined up front.

<Note>
  **Videos are limited to 60 minutes.** Over that, the request fails and any
  credits charged are returned automatically. Send `duration_seconds` to be
  declined immediately instead.
